The main house, private studio loft, heated indoor saltwater pool, intimate cedar sauna, large outdoor hot tub, and over five acres of pine-studded Sierra foothills are reserved exclusively for your gathering.
Whether you're hosting a family reunion, executive retreat, wellness weekend, workshop, or celebration with friends, the property offers both shared spaces for connection and quiet corners for reflection.
The Main House
The heart of the property is the main house, designed for gathering.
Three bedrooms, an open kitchen, a comfortable living room, and a long dining table create a natural place for conversation, shared meals, and time together.
Manzanita
Manzanita is the downstairs suite, sleeping up to three guests with a king-sized bed and Twin XL trundle. French doors open directly onto the deck, with the large outdoor hot tub just steps away. The ensuite bathroom includes an oversized shower, dual vanity, and makeup station.
Cedar
Cedar is an upstairs bedroom with a queen-sized bed and private balcony, perfect for two guests who want a quiet place for fresh air, a morning coffee, or a little extra calm.
Sugar Pine
Sugar Pine is the A-frame loft-style bedroom upstairs, sleeping up to four guests with a king-sized bed, daybed, and trundle.

The Studio Loft
Just steps from the main house, the studio loft provides additional accommodations and a little extra privacy.
Juniper
Juniper sleeps up to four guests with a queen-sized bed, queen-sized sleeper sofa, dining table, kitchenette, and ensuite bathroom with a shower-over-tub. It offers a comfortable retreat within the larger retreat, ideal for guests who want a little more independence while still being part of the gathering.

The Gathering Barn
A gathering barn of more than 1,100 square feet is currently being developed as a flexible space for group sessions, movement practices, creative work, presentations, and shared experiences.
Future Glamping
Future plans include bell tent accommodations arranged around a central gathering area, expanding capacity for retreats and special events while preserving the intimate character of the property.
