Far from the distractions of the office, Saltwater Grove creates space for strategic conversations, deeper relationships, and renewed perspective.
Gather around the table for planning sessions, spend afternoons exploring the surrounding foothills, and end the day poolside or beneath the stars. Ideal for leadership teams, founders, executive offsites, and small company retreats.

Designed for facilitators, teachers, and community leaders: a peaceful setting for workshops, coaching programs, wellness retreats, creative gatherings, and learning experiences.
The property's combination of private accommodations, natural surroundings, and wellness amenities creates an environment where participants can be fully present and engaged.

Facilitators, Educators & Coaches
Lead a morning workshop, gather for shared meals, create time for reflection, and let participants unwind in the pool, sauna, and hot tub between sessions.
A gathering barn of more than 1,100 square feet is currently in development: a flexible space for group sessions, movement practices, creative work, presentations, and shared experiences, opening late 2026.
